Winter 2020  

Book Reports, the Library’s quarterly newsletter, is a window into what we have, what we do, and what we offer the public. It is a way of maintaining contact with NPL members and of introducing the Library to those in the philatelic community. Book Reports is committed to highlighting the value of philatelic literature and of NPL as an important resource to a wide range of users.
